A simple recipe that never ceases to impress. Dark, sexy and shapely, these cubes composed of rich, chocolatey coffee with nutty undertones and a warm stone fruit fragrance singing through their very existence, are perfectly complemented with droplets of sugar syrup and lashings of creamy coconut milk.
If you’re a coffee connoisseur, you’ll know that despite these simply being cubes of ice, they are also cubes composed of that precious bean juice for which preparation is key if the perfect flavour profile is to be expressed in the cup. So I won’t bore you with the recipe- if you’re an expert, you already know. If you’re not, then you probably don’t care! So just freeze your coffee in an ice tray and remove when ready to serve.
Dress the rim of the glass up with cinnamon sugar crystals (and some booze if you’re up for a hardcore night) and serve up.
