Another inspiration from Thailand- man I love that place! After fighting in a splash-filled water festival, I worked up a real thirst. To my surprise, the wonderful owners of the hotel in which I stayed offered me a refreshing cup of iced blueish-purple tea. I had no idea it was made with pea flowers.
So I bought a bag, infused it with hot water and sugar syrup and a cheeky shot of gin and that was my Saturday night drink – booze with sophistication!
