2-Ingredient Chia Pudding (vegan | gluten-free | grain-free | refined sugar-free)

I always see these extravagantly prepped chia puddings, but rest assured, for a chia pudding to taste good, it does not need to be super pimped. Playing it simple still works and darn well too in my opinion.

Of course, add what you wish as a topping if you want something a bit extra, but just letting you know, chia puds are not so complicated.

Serving size:

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 450 ml sweetened plant milk
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine the milk and vanilla with the chia seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Mix with a fork to prevent the seeds from clumping before chilling in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

And that really is it. Serve up with a spoon (or even a straw in the early development stages) and enjoy with your choice of toppings.
