If you’re a pudding fanatic then brunching on this peanut butter fudge chocolate porridge will definitely make your day. I look forward to waking up just to eat this bowl! Smooth, chocolate pudding-style oats topped with creamy peanut butter. Served hot or cold, either way it’ll taste out of this world.
What I love about bowl recipes is you only need to worry about yourself. If you’re less selfish than me, you can double up the recipe for two and so on – if you can be bothered!
Because most of us know that dessert for breakfast is pretty darn awesome.
- 40g oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 150ml plant milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Blend the oats in a food processor into a fine powder.
- Combine the cocoa powder, sugar, milk and oats and heat either in a microwave or on the stove until bubbling and creamy.
- In a food processor blitz the banana, syrup and peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour the banana peanut butter sauce over the bowl of hot chocolate porridge.
Top with anything else you think is pudding-like such as chocolate chips, broken nuts and so on and enjoy.
