Not every cookie that isn’t baked has to be cookie dough. These healthy no-bake peanut butter cookies genuinely taste like they’re fresh out of the oven, especially when they’ve just been formed and flattened following the addition of hot, liquid peanut butter- my mouth’s watering just writing this!

Well you could pimp them up with some chocolate chips if you fancy, then there really is nothing more you can ask of a cookie! So if you have a spare 10 minutes, go rustle up these healthy no-bake peanut butter cookies and eat away!
