No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Not every cookie that isn’t baked has to be cookie dough. These healthy no-bake peanut butter cookies genuinely taste like they’re fresh out of the oven, especially when they’ve just been formed and flattened following the addition of hot, liquid peanut butter- my mouth’s watering just writing this!

So if you’re in the mood for a cookie and need it fast, this one’s for you. Just 3 ingredients, no baking, peanut butter-fied what more could you ask of a cookie? Well you could pimp them up with some chocolate chips if you fancy, then there really is nothing more you can ask of a cookie! So if you have a spare 10 minutes, go rustle up these healthy no-bake peanut butter cookies and eat away!

Serving size:        

Makes 8 cookies


  • 140g oats
  • 200g peanut butter
  • 150ml maple syrup


  1. In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup until liquid.
  2. Pour into the oats and mix.
  3. Continue to mix with hands and form into 8 balls.
  4. Place each ball on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and flatten using hands.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Leave in the fridge and just help yourself whenever you fancy a cookie whether it be for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
