There are just 6 ingredients involved in the making of this vegan, gluten-free cookie, and better still, no cooking is required in the slightest. Can’t get better than that if you’re in no mood to cook! The addition of cinnamon and cranberries to these chocolatey cinnamon cranberry cookies gives any cookie the Christmas vibe!
This is a no-nonsense kind of post, but I’ve got nothing else to give other than the recipe, so maybe I’ll come back to this at some point to add more of a filler, but in the mean time, here’s the recipe! Brutal.
Makes 10 cookies
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 bananas mashed
- 140g ground oatmeal
- 50g cranberries
- 50g crushed hazelnuts
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Combine the oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon and mashed banana using your hands until all ingredients become dough-like.
- Fold in the nuts and raisins.
- Make into 10 balls and gently flatten
Store in an airtight container and enjoy you’re chocolatey cinnamon cranberry cookies on the go or if you’re in the mood for giving (since that what Christmas is all about!), then box or wrap nicely and dish out to friends, colleagues and family.
