Sweet Potato Souffle

The mere mention of this light and dreamy dessert, elicits excitement through the entire core of my body. Combine it then with the humble yet tasty sweet potato to create and herein lies the creation of the sweet potato souffle.

orange golden brown creamy souffel creme brulee pudding in glass teacup with glass saucer with spoon dipped into it loaded with the creamy dessert surrounded by more glass vessels filled with the same dessert and all topped with crumble on top of a dark wooden table surface

Albeit, this sweet potato souffle version is a tad more dense than its conventional contender, but this dessert fits into a category of its own.

So, ready for your foodgasm? Here’s the recipe…

Makes 4 puddings

  • 200g sweet potato mash

  1. Fold all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
