Burgers, fried chicken, brownies, pies, cookies, cake…don’t want to give up any of these delicious foods for the new year? No problem. To hell with saying goodbye to your favourites! I’ve got 21 Easy Recipes for 2021, to start the new year Veganuary style – even if you’re not doing Veganuary, I guarantee these recipes won’t fail to impress.

Easy, fast and simple, with gluten-free options aplenty, there’s a nice range of breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snack recipes perfect for the family or for one.

Let’s start with BREAKFAST:

  1. 2 mason jars willed with chocolate overnight oats topped with chocolate chips and bananas in front of white brick wall
  2. stack of chocolate chip granola bars dripping with tahini
  3. vegan cinnamon buns with toffee sauce and frosting
  4. white enamel tray filled with vegan tofu eggs and tempeh bacon and ketchup
  5. orange carrot cake balls dusted with desiccated coconut with yellow background

Moving on to LUNCH:

  1. buckwheat crepe pancakes willed with vegan cheese sauce mushrooms on white table
  2. homemade vegan steak bake pastry filled with gravy and fake meat
  3. vegan quiche filled with pumpkin and spinach in red ceramic dish
  4. black bean burritos held by hands drizzled with tahini sauce
  5. large vegan pizza topped with tofu chunks, tomatoes, basil and pesto on white marble table surrounded by sides

Now DINNER:

  2. vegan biscoff doughnuts topped with aquafaba meringue frosting and lotus biscuits
  3. stack of pumpkin brownies with caramel drizzle
  4. large vegan smores cheesecake topped with marshmallows and chocolate sauce
  5. lemon polenta mug cake topped with lemon icing

And a SNACK for good measure:

  1. stack of vegan flourless jaffa cakes topped with chocolate and filled with orange jelly
