Hi guys, I’m Food Flaneur (AKA Reena), a vegan dietitian from London. Here you’ll find junk food that’s nasty and nutritious ranging from veganised fried chicken to Snickers cheesecake.
All recipes are vegan and mostly gluten-free. Whether you’re a beginner vegan, long-time plant-based eater or life-long meat lover, if you have a passion for fast food and dessert, you’ll definitely find something that tickles your fancy. The bonus just happens to be that it’s good for you.
These recipes are for anyone and everyone. I believe you don’t need fancy shmancy, expensive ingredients for food to taste great and it doesn’t have to get complicated either.
I like to enjoy the good stuff (as in fast food and sweets), but at the same time, I like to keep healthy and well nourished so these factors form the basis of my recipes.
