Food Flaneur AKA Reena Sharma (RD, MSc, BSc), is a registered dietitian from London who previously worked in a clinical background before going on to lecture in nutrition and biochemistry.
Her passion for cooking, health, wellbeing and a vegan lifestyle was the driving force behind her food blog, Food Flaneur. The blog was created in 2018 to share plant-based recipes, ranging from brownies and fried chicken to salads and smoothie bowls, with vegans and meat-eaters alike.
What started simply as a passion project has now become much more than that. Through continuing professional development as a healthcare provider, Reena’s content comes from an evidence-based angle. Her regular research of various nutrition-related topics ensures she is up to date with current information which enables her to help others make more informed choices whilst still eating the foods they love.
