These Healthy Chocolate Orange Cookies are made with crispy orange slices coated in luscious dark chocolate. Perfect for Christmas hampers or as stocking fillers – if you haven’t eaten them all already! Only 2 ingredients – like how simple can cookery get! You can dehydrate these overnight so they’re ready for when you wake up . Such a wonderfully fragrant smell to wake up to, how Christmas is that?!

I have never envisioned a big juicy orange as a sweet crisp. My dehydrator helped me to achieve that vision. With a jar full of crisp slices of orange drenched in dark chocolate, who needs mars or snickers in their cupboards?! If you don’t have a dehydrator, these can also be made in the oven so no probs. If you’re obsessed with this flavour combo as much as me, this is perfectly encapsulated in cake form.
