Blue Overnight Oats
These Blue Overnight Oats are creamy, dreamy and bittersweet. The butterfly pea flower tea powder infused with almond milk is magical and transforms oat bowls into something so enchanting, it makes breakfast super exciting!
Servings: 1 person
- 50 g oats
- 150 ml plant milk
- ½-1 tsp butterfly pea powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup syrup
- Chia pudding chia seeds plus milk
Mix the milk, oats, butterfly pea powder and syrup in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge.
Remove from the fridge the next day, add sprinkles and drizzles and serve.
