Vegan Brownies

These fudgy, gooey, decadent Vegan Brownies are flourless, gluten-free and surprisingly nourishing. They take just minutes to make and can be eaten even for breakfast or after the gym. The perfect snack whenever and wherever!

  • 1 banana mashed
  • 90 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 90 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g walnuts chopped
  • 65 ml maple syrup


  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Combine all ingredients together to a smooth even mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.


  • Banana can be replaced with apple sauce or mashed dates
  • Protein powder can be replaced with additional cocoa powder
  • Any nut butter can be subbed for peanut butter
  • Walnuts can be omitted or even replaced with other nuts
  • Other sweeteners can be used instead of maple syrup such as coconut sugar, agave nectar or other syrups and sugars
